Turn Trusted Local Curators Into Your Best Sales Channel
Claim your events, find the creators your audience already follows, reach them without burning the relationship, reward them when they sell — and see exactly which tickets they drove.
Curators are locals who publish event calendars people actually follow — not influencers renting you their feed.

Why organizers run on Recs
One curator partnership pays off across your whole marketing mix — paid, owned, and earned.
Cut your content costs
Curators create native, scroll-stopping posts around your events. Stop paying agencies and photographers per asset just to feed the feed.
Make paid spend work harder
Feed every Recs-driven conversion back into Meta through the pixel and Conversions API — your campaigns optimize toward real buyers and your cost per acquisition drops. Curator posts give your ads team a stream of authentic creative to learn from.
Amplify your owned organic social
Repost curator content and ready-made Recs share assets on your own and operated Instagram. Your channels stay active with authentic posts you didn't have to produce.
Earn reach you can't buy
Curators put your event in front of their engaged, local audiences — and tag and engage the social desks of local press, radio, and media for extra organic pickup that complements the press hits you're already chasing directly.
Only pay the people who sell
No retainers, no minimums, no platform fees. Recs is free for organizers — you set the incentives and commissions, and they go to the curators who actually sell tickets, with per-curator attribution to prove it.
Built for everyone who fills the room
From the owner watching the bottom line to the associate posting tonight's show — Recs gives every part of your team a faster, cheaper way to sell tickets.
Owners & Operators
Fill more seats, every night. A curator channel that scales with your calendar — no upfront spend, no agency retainer, free to start. Incentives go to the people who sell.
Marketing Directors
Diversify beyond Meta and Google with a measurable curator channel. Per-curator attribution and the Meta Conversions API prove ROI and pull your blended cost per acquisition down.
Marketing Managers
Run curator outreach, campaigns, and ambassador programs from one dashboard. Templates, sequences, and a commission ledger replace the spreadsheets and the endless DM chasing.
Marketing Associates
Paste a link to claim an event, get matched with the right curators, send branded outreach, and see exactly who drove clicks, RSVPs, and sales — without learning a new ad platform.
How It Works
From claimed event to attributed ticket in four steps.
Claim Your Events
Paste a ticket link to claim events curators already listed, or add a new one — details, images, and ticket links import automatically from 163+ platforms.
Build Your Roster
Recs suggests curators matched to your genre and city. Approve them into a roster you own, or search the whole network yourself.
Launch Outreach & Programs
Reach curators with branded email, then put incentives behind the relationship — guestlist spots, comps, or tiered commissions.
Track Every Ticket
Per-curator attribution shows who drove each click, RSVP, and sale. Pixel events feed your ad account; CSV export feeds your reports.
Find the Curators Your Audience Already Trusts
The right curator for a jazz night isn't the right curator for a monster truck rally. Recs knows the difference — and keeps your whole curator universe in a roster you control.
Matched suggestions
Recs suggests curators by genre, city, and audience fit — review and approve them in one keystroke instead of cold-DMing strangers off hashtag searches.
Curator tiers
Every curator carries a tier — Newcomer, Rising, Featured, Luminary — so you can calibrate your outreach and incentives to their reach.
Full-network search
Search the entire Recs network by genre, location, and following, and add anyone directly to your roster.
A roster you own
Favorites, tags, groups, and bulk actions — with your own imported contacts living alongside Recs curators in one place.
Outreach That Doesn't Burn the Scene
Most outreach tools optimize for volume until the channel dies. Recs scores every sender and protects the inbox — so when you show up, curators actually open it.
Branded sender identities
Send from your own domain with DKIM/SPF verification, or start instantly on Recs' shared identity while yours warms up.
Templates, snippets & a real inbox
Reusable templates, team snippets, AI rewrite, and replies that land in a shared inbox — not buried in one teammate's email.
Reputation earned, not bought
Healthy senders graduate automatically from 25 to 500 sends a day. Unhealthy senders get throttled before they damage the channel — no fees, no appeals process, just clean sending.
Curators stay in control
Preference centers, one-click opt-out, and mediated email privacy. That protection is exactly why curators keep opening outreach from Recs.

Turn Your Biggest Fans Into a Street Team
Ambassador programs, minus the spreadsheet. Create a program, share a link, and let Recs run the applications, the codes, and the commission ledger.
Recruit anywhere
Every program gets a share link and QR code — put it on screens at your show, in your newsletter, on flyers.
Applications, not DMs
Fans and curators apply through your link; you review and approve from a single inbox.
Incentives that fit
From comp tickets to tiered commission schedules that pay more per ticket as ambassadors sell more.
A ledger, not a spreadsheet
Codes, tickets sold, commissions owed and paid — tracked per ambassador, per event, with CSV export for reconciliation.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. There's no waitlist and no application. Create your organizer account, claim your events, and you can be set up in a few minutes. Prefer a guided walkthrough first? Use the form above and our team will reach out.
Many of your events are already on Recs, listed by curators who love them. Claiming an event puts you in control — you manage the official ticket links, see who's promoting it, and track every sale. If an event isn't listed yet, add it in seconds by pasting a ticket link.
Recs is free for organizers today. You set the incentives — guestlist spots, comps, or commission rates on ambassador sales — and those go to the curators who sell, not to us. No retainers, no platform fees, no contracts.
Any ticketed event — concerts, festivals, rodeos, ice shows, monster truck rallies, book fairs, food & wine events, cultural festivals, family entertainment, and more. Our curator network covers niche audiences you won't reach through broad paid ads.
Every curator's promotion is tracked. Clicks, RSVPs, and attendance roll up per curator in your Insights tab, and per-curator discount codes tie ticket redemptions to the person who drove them. You see exactly who sells — and can export it all to CSV.
Provide your Meta Pixel ID and Conversions API access token, and we handle the rest. Recs automatically fires ViewContent and Purchase events through both the browser pixel and server-side Conversions API, with built-in deduplication. You'll see all Recs-driven conversions directly in your Meta Events Manager and Ads Manager — no code or manual setup required.
It only takes a few minutes. Here's how:
1. Find your Pixel ID
- Go to Meta Events Manager
- Click Data Sources in the left sidebar
- Select your pixel (or create one if you don't have one yet)
- Your Pixel ID is the 15-16 digit number shown at the top of the page
2. Generate a Conversions API Access Token
- In Events Manager, select your pixel
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll down to Conversions API and click Generate Access Token
- Copy the token and paste it into the Access Token field below
This token allows us to send events server-side for more accurate tracking, even when browsers block pixels.
3. Test Event Code (optional)
- In Events Manager, select your pixel
- Go to the Test Events tab
- Copy the Test Event Code shown at the top (e.g. "TEST12345")
- Paste it when adding your pixel below
Test events appear in real-time in Meta's Test Events tab so you can verify everything is connected before running ads.
What we track
- ViewContent — fires when someone views your event page
- Purchase — fires when someone clicks a ticket link
Events are sent both via the browser pixel and the server-side Conversions API for maximum accuracy. This helps Meta optimize your ad delivery even when browsers block tracking pixels.
No — it makes them better. Curator-driven traffic fires your Meta Pixel, building retargeting audiences from people with genuine intent. And the posts curators create around your events are a steady source of authentic creative inspiration. Organic and paid compound instead of competing for the same budget.
Beyond their own posts to engaged local audiences, curators tag and engage the social teams of local press, radio, and media — giving your event extra organic pickup that complements the press outreach you're already doing directly. You can also repost their content on your own channels to keep your feeds active with authentic posts.
Everyone who fills the room. Owners and operators get a curator channel with no upfront risk; marketing directors get measurable per-curator attribution and pixel data; managers and associates run outreach, campaigns, and ambassador programs from one dashboard.
Yes. Recs suggests curators matched to your genre and city — you review and approve every one. You can also search the full network by genre, location, and following, and organize everyone into a roster you own with tags, groups, and favorites.
A standing crew of curators and superfans who sell for you. Create a program, share its link or QR code, review applications in your inbox, and assign codes and incentives — from guestlist spots to tiered commissions. The ledger tracks every sale and what you owe, per ambassador, per event.
You set the rate — flat per ticket, percentage, or tiered schedules that pay more as ambassadors sell more. Recs tracks codes, tickets sold, and commissions owed in a per-ambassador ledger with CSV export for reconciliation. You pay ambassadors directly; Recs keeps the books.
Agencies rent you their relationships and charge retainers. Recs gives you the tools to build your own: a curator roster you own, outreach from your own domain, ambassador programs with your incentives, and attribution that stays with you. When you grow, the asset is yours — not your agency's.
Every organizer has a sender tier that sets a daily outreach cap — New (25/day), Warming (100/day), Established (500/day) — recalculated nightly from your deliverability. Healthy senders graduate automatically; unhealthy ones get throttled before they burn the channel for everyone. It keeps curator inboxes worth reaching.
Yes. Invite teammates with roles and per-area permissions covering events, outreach, campaigns, and ambassadors. Curator replies land in a shared inbox, so nothing lives in one person's email.
Yes. Recs can automatically surface verified resale availability on sold-out events, so curator traffic still converts into attendance instead of bouncing off a sold-out page.
Recs works by importing your event details directly from your ticketing platform's public event URL — no API key or integration required. Just paste a link. We support 163+ platforms — see all supported platforms ↑
