About Recs

Short version, for quick copy-and-paste.

Recs is where trusted curators share the events worth going to.

Recs is a recommendation and event-discovery platform. Curators share the events they love, and fans discover what’s worth going to, from the people they trust.

Logo

Use the wordmark on plain backgrounds with room to breathe. Don’t stretch it, recolor it, add effects, or box it in. Keep clear space around it of at least the height of the “R”.

Talking about Recs

A few notes for curators, organizers, and partners referring to Recs.

  • Write it “Recs” — capital R, the rest lowercase.
  • Recs is a platform and a community, not an app-store category or a generic word for recommendations.
  • “On Recs” and “shared on Recs” both read well; link to recscompany.com or a curator’s profile where you can.
  • When in doubt about phrasing or a logo placement, email us — we’re happy to help.
