Your outreach queue now shows who to message, and what's gone stale
Your outreach queue is the list of DMs and follow-ups you owe creators. It now shows who each one is for, what you were going to say, and how long the whole list will take, so you can open it and start sending.

Every row shows the message
Each row now shows the creator's handle and follower count, the campaign it's for, and the draft itself, so you know what you're about to send before you open it.
Start with what's due
Start sending walks you through the DMs that are due now, one at a time, and tells you roughly how long it will take. Copy the message, send it on Instagram, come back, and Recs logs it.
Old outreach gets its own group
A DM that's weeks late isn't urgent anymore. It's a decision. Anything more than two weeks overdue moves into a Stale group with the date it was due, so you can see whether the event already happened. Pick the ones you want, then:
- Review one by one, if they're still worth sending.
- Snooze them to Monday morning, to deal with next week.
- Drop them. Nothing is sent, and any sequence they're in stops.
One DM per person
If you've queued two DMs to the same creator, the queue shows them as one row marked 2 DMs owed, with both drafts. Send one and the other closes too, so they only hear from you once. A follow-up you scheduled for later in the week stays on its own row.
